MY APPROACH
Combining life experience with education and creativity, I offer a down-to-earth, realistic approach to counseling. Working collaboratively with my clients, we create a personalized treatment plan based on their goals viewed through a systemic lens. I strive to create a relaxed and non-judgmental therapy space and support persons of all ethnic and cultural backgrounds, gender identities, sexual orientations and relationship structures. I work with individuals and couples seeking therapy that inspires new ways to navigate the obstacles preventing them from experiencing life to its fullest and I welcome families looking to create a healthier and more balanced family dynamic.
My Specialties
I have specialized training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, using this powerful, evidence-based therapy model to help couples find clarity in their connection and work through difficult relationship terrain. I also have experience working with consensual non-monogamous couples and all forms of relationship structures.
