MY APPROACH

I firmly believe that building a strong therapeutic relationship is of utmost importance. Trust and mutual respect form the foundation of our work together, and I strive to create an environment where you feel safe and valued. After all, you are the expert in your own journey, and my role is to support you in achieving your goals.

My passion lies in working with clients who experience OCD and anxiety. Having extensive training and experience in these areas, I’ve seen firsthand the transformative power of Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). In addition to OCD and anxiety, I’m trained in various treatment modalities that allows me to effectively address a range of issues, including depression, trauma, substance use, and ADHD. This versatility enables me to tailor my approach to fit your unique needs.

While I take my role seriously, I also believe that laughter is an essential ingredient in the therapeutic process. I love to infuse humor into our sessions whenever possible. Life can be challenging, and I find that a good laugh can help lighten the mood and foster connection.

Ultimately, I am here to support you, guide you and empower you on your path to wellness. Let’s work together to navigate your journey while incorporating a little fun along the way. Thank you for considering me as your partner in this process!
